Not every transformation comes crashing in.
Some arrive quietly - like the soft echo of footsteps on ancient stone or the hush of water beneath the Bridge of Sighs in Venice.
I stood by the canal again after 11 years - my third time - but only this time did its deep blue and gold stillness truly reflect where I might be in life.
There was no big epiphany, No booming voice of clarity. Just a feeling - like something was shifting, slowly, inside me.
I’ve learned that the most meaningful changes don’t always look dramatic. They don’t announce themselves. Sometimes, it’s in the quiet moments when you’re alone with your thoughts, your doubts and your hopes - thats when the real crossing begins.
The quiet bridge is the space between who you were and who you’re becoming. It’s not always graceful. Sometimes you drag your feet, sometimes you pause in the middle, unsure if you should keep going. But in that pause, in that silence, is the real growth.
For me, it’s been about learning to let go of the pressure to know everything. To stop chasing purpose like it’s a finish line.
Instead, I’m learning to trust the small steps:
- saying no when something doesn’t feel right
- saying yes when it scares me
- letting joy guide me, not obligation :)
The water doesn’t rush, neither do I anymore
I’ve come to believe that clarity doesn’t always arrive before the crossing - it comes because of it.
You don’t need the whole map.
Just enough courage to take one honest step.

What if I told you the universe speaks -
not in words, but in light?
Antares is my ode to that silent language. Inspired by Cherenkov radiation - the soft blue glow of particles moving faster than light - this piece channels the invisible energy that surrounds us, and flows through us.
Its name comes from the ANTARES neutrino telescope, a real scientific instrument used to detect cosmic neutrinos.
But here, it becomes a bridge between science and spirit - between the known and the infinite.
A reminder: we are not separate from the stars.
We are made of them.
Their joy, their chaos, their celebration of being - echoes in us.

![As I replenished this piece for a new pour - it wasn’t about erasing what was, It’s more about honoring where I was and choosing where I want to go.
In art therapy, this moment holds deep psychological power.
Choosing white wasn’t just about painting - it was about resetting emotionally and neurologically. White symbolizes clarity, peace and openness.
Now, adding spirals to the piece takes this a step further. The spiral, a symbol of growth and expansion, mirrors the brain’s ability to reorganize itself.
As we create, we are gently rewiring our neural pathways. The repetitive motion of drawing spirals helps calm the nervous system, promoting emotional balance and clarity.
